PSALMS 25:4 AMP

Show me Your ways, O Lord; teach me Your paths.

From day to day most of us wake up with an agenda for the day. Some things you have no choice, some things we do to please others, and many things we just end up doing. However, our hearts cry should be for God to show us his ways. Why?

Well, I want to know God more than what he can do for me in the form of miracles and blessings but I want to know his heart. When I know his ways I understand what he wants and what he doesn’t and what’s behind what he does. When I know God on this level my life will not only change but will began to change those around me.

If I only talk to God about my needs and not listen & watch for him to show me his ways he is limited as a mere performer and savior in standby for my next crisis. So let’s not limit God to being a celebrity performer but let’s acknowledge him as the God who knows all things and can do anything because he is Lord over our lives. God, if you never do anything else you’ve done enough. I just wanna know your ways!
